ePerolehan

ePerolehan is the electronic procurement system designed to streamline government procurement activities and improves the quality of service by switching from manual procurement processes to electronic procurement via the Internet.
The beauty of ePerolehan is that it enables suppliers of products and services to upload information on their products or services on the internet in the form of eCatalogue (short for electronic catalogue) to be easily search and view by government purchasers from any desktop with a web browser. It also provide a platform for suppliers to receive, manage and process purchase orders and also receive payment from government agencies. The ePerolehan platform also allows supplier to submit quotations, obtain tender document and submit tender bid. All these is done via the Internet.
Since its inception, ePerolehan has made the procurement and sourcing process simple and convenient to both government agencies and to suppliers. Even the registration and renewal with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) to enable suppliers to use the system can be done via the Internet. Suppliers can submit application, check application status and pay registration fees through ePerolehan.
